Brian and Brooke

Hey there lovely blog friends! We've come up against a very busy spell now that we've returned to Iowa, and we have so many beautiful people to show you, and not enough time to do so! During our return trip from PA, we stopped in Indiana for some family pictures and a wicked thunderstorm during which we left the windows of our van open accidentally. :) Everything was wet inside. The floor had standing water on the floormats. Oh well. That's why someone invented towels! The only other event in the entire trip was that we saw a car, headed the other way, flip end over end in the median, coming towards us. Thank God that it stayed in the grass in the middle, or we wouldn't be here. I wonder how many times I've been close, like that, but I was spared.

We had a blast with Brian and Brooke and their BEAUTIFUL girls! We were at an old bag factory and there were tons of great places for pictures. These girls have a wealth of energy, and have the cutest smiles to go along with it. It was great getting to know their family and letting our kids play together while us "old" people sat around and talked. :)
