Weekend Randoms

This weekend was a great one for our family! It was the first weekend we've not had to work since June 2, so we decided to spend it together... and we left the cameras at home. Every year Kalona has a Fall Festival where the whole town joins together at the historical society and eats food until our belts run out of notches. We did pick up some random shots that I wanted to post just for kicks.

This is my new Smart car... That Jodi wouldn't let me buy. $25,000 for this little thing. 85 mph top speed, 3cyl automatic for those of you who care. Don't even ask about gas mileage...

We would also like to introduce to you the person who keeps our lives together. Please say hello to Nicole (and our little girl Alana). Nicole has been our nanny and is the most wonderful person we could have ever asked for. She watches our children here at the house, and helps out with lunches, and laundry, and cleaning... we're spoiled to have her around. :) Thanks for all you do, "Nicole!"
